FAMILYCARE AFC is a trusted provider of adult foster care services in Massachusetts. We are a nurse-managed company based in Methuen, serving members throughout the state. As a self-directed program, we support both current and prospective caregivers in providing care to eligible members in their homes. We cater to individuals with limitations that impair their ability to perform self-care tasks.
